We’ve been in the middle of a crazy wind storm when we started hearing noises from our garage door. Tatum at Arrowhead Garage came HIGHLY recommended from others in my neighborhood. I reached out to him and he swung by same day. He was kind, quick and very helpful. He managed to find AND FIX the issue in seconds. Our garage wouldn't close properly. It would go down then open back up. I asked for help on our neighborhood Facebook page. Several people said Tatum can help you. Tatum himself reached out to me. He could come the same day and fixed the problem in a few minutes, replacing one of the sensors. The next day the garage wouldn't close. Come to find out that it was a manufacturer bad sensor. Tatum replaced both sensors and solved the problem. I will tell everyone that has any garage door issues to contact Tatum right away!!
