Broken Spring Repair

Repeat customer here! Arrowhead replaced my main spring about a year ago and then returned today to install an extremely quiet new opener unit, complete with keypad and app. Very quick, friendly service.

Our garage wouldn't close properly. It would go down then open back up. I asked for help on our neighborhood Facebook page. Several people said Tatum can help you. Tatum himself reached out to me. He could come the same day and fixed the problem in a few minutes, replacing one of the sensors. The next day the garage wouldn't close. Come to find out that it was a manufacturer bad sensor. Tatum replaced both sensors and solved the problem. I will tell everyone that has any garage door issues to contact Tatum right away!!
